Owen Hull

Owen Hull is a Senior Vice President with Weldon Development Group, a real estate development firm based in Chicago specializing in urban mixed-use multifamily residential projects. Owen's professional focus areas include capital structuring, financial management and sustainability.

Prior to joining Weldon, Owen worked with Lendlease Development where he oversaw the development of large-scale, mixed-use residential projects in Chicago. While at Lendlease, Owen served as precinct sustainability lead, managing all third-party certification efforts in addition to pioneering Life Cycle Assessment methodologies and the development of industry leading low embodied carbon concrete.

He received dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association. Beyond Slipstream, Owen’s professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, where he served on the 2023 Chicago Climate Action taskforce and Illinois Green Alliance, where he serves on the board of directors.

Owen lives in Chicago with his wife Amanda and dog Max.
