Works towards climate resilience. We work with governments, foundations, and utilities to discover, test, and scale new solutions that save energy and make a positive impact.

Increase energy efficiency. We support communities of color, rural communities, and Indigenous populations as they address historic inequities in the health and economic benefits of clean energy.

What it's like to work here

Flexible work-life balance. Slipstream has staff members in various states throughout the U.S. and advocates for employees to choose the work environment that works best for them. Some of our staff work 100% remotely, while others choose to work a hybrid schedule. We have offices in Madison, WI and Chicago, IL.

A culture of accountability. We are always working to improve our internal processes. Employees are encouraged to join committees to help each other be more sustainable, connect with our communities, and engage with our jobs.

Employee-driven activities: When we have fun, it’s because of our peers’ ideas. Colleagues regularly organize trivia games, Lunch & Learn presentations, and outings to keep things fresh and interact.
